Nauje Gonda Monastery and Information Center

A short walk from Panorama Lodge, Nauje  Gonda is a little over 100 years old and remains an important cultural and spiritual center for the Namche community. The monastery is not only a place of worship but also a gathering space where locals meet at least once a month for rituals, ceremonies, and festivals. Visitors can explore the Nauje Gonda Information Center, which offers rich insights into Sherpa customs, religious practices, and the unique rituals that have been passed down through generations.
