Around this time last year, I was gearing up for one of my most epic adventures -riding a mountain bike from Phaplu to my hometown, Namche Bazar. This wasn’t just a test of endurance; it was a journey with a purpose. Through this ride, I aimed to raise awareness and funds for the porter shelter in Namche Bazar., ensuring that the hardworking porter s had good mattresses to rest. Additionally, I wanted to support children in need by helping them access education. The journey was challenging, with rugged trails, steep climbs and unpredictable weather, but it waw more than just a ride – it was a reminder of the strength of the mountain community and the impact we can create when we come together.
